3D FPS Final Draft

Changes Made:

- added particle effects made by myself as pixels, showing proper use of 2d and 3d graphics simultaneously 

- adjusted level 2 to be its own level with a design that stands out from 1

- attempted to add my own pixel art icons, however this failed, so instead I buffed an enemy by adjusting its size and HP
